Christopher Campbell, Chair, has a M.S. in Environmental Analysis from Rice University and a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University and is an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) . He is currently an environmental scientist at CDM Smith with nine years of environmental consulting experience, mainly focusing on air quality permitting, compliance, dispersion modeling and sustainability/greenhouse gas analyses. Mr. Campbell has also experience in evaluating potential air quality impacts for Environmental Impact Statement /Reports (EIS/EIR) for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) analyses.
Douglas Wolf, Vice Chair, is the Air Quality Director for Groundwater & Environmental Services (GES), a nationwide environmental consulting firm with over 25 offices. Mr. Wolf serves as GES’s in-house air quality service area expert and provides support and resource guidance to over 100 Project and Program Managers. He has over 40 years of air quality permitting, compliance and project management consulting experience. Mr. Wolf received his B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, California. He started his career at EPA Region IX and the BAAQMD where he became involved with the stewarding the first nationwide regulations for the semi-conductor industry and solid waste landfills. He later worked on early regulatory development of their New Source Review program. Highlights of his consultancy career includes permit support of many initial Major Facility Review Permits and industrial new/modified source permits. Mr. Wolf received accreditation from CARB as a Lead Greenhouse Gas Verifier in 2010 and has taught several classes at State Universities on Climate Change. He has held committee chair positions including Student Program, Treasurer, Vice Chair and Chair for the AWMA Golden West Section.
Kristen Collier, Treasurer, is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master’s degree in Atmospheric Sciences. Kristen has been involved in the air quality community for the past 6 years through work in academia and the Air Quality department at TCEQ. She is currently an Environmental Scientist at AECOM in the Air Measurements Department with a focus on optical remote sensing and FTIR services.
Charley Wehbe, Secretary, has a BS in Environmental Studies. She is currently an EHS Consultant at BSI EHS Services and Solutions and in her five years of work in Austin has focused on a broad scope of stormwater pollution prevention, chemical management systems, corporate social responsibility, hazardous waste management, and general health and safety compliance.
Erik Hendrickson, Government Director, has an MPA from Texas A&M University, a B.S. in Political Science from A&M University, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas. Erik is a Professional Engineer with over 23 years of air quality experience working at the TCEQ in the air permits division. He is currently a project manager at Power Engineering mainly focusing on air quality permitting and compliance.
Jenna Granstra, Industry Director, is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Master of Science in Geography, focusing on Air Quality and a past Chapter Chair. She is an Air Quality Scientist at AECOM in the Air Measurements Department in Austin, Texas. She has several years of experience in air quality focused on ambient air monitoring, data analysis and quality assurance.
Christina Hayes, Education Committee Chair, is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences. She is currently an EHS Consultant at BSI EHS Services and Solutions and in her 5+ years of work in Austin she has gained specialization in federal and multi-state environmental compliance for stormwater, wastewater, and hazardous waste management regulations. She has expertise in preparing water quality permit applications, drafting stormwater pollution prevention plans, and evaluating RCRA hazardous waste for characterization and management in Texas.
Natasha Martin, Program Committee Chair, is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law and from Texas A&M University (BS) and a past Chapter Vice Chair. Prior to law school, Natasha worked at the TCEQ in the Air Permits Division. She is a partner at the law firm of Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody focusing on Administrative and Regulatory litigation in the areas of environmental and utility law.
Sam Ballard, Communications Committee Chair, is an associate attorney in the Air and Waste Practice Group of the Austin-based Environmental Law firm, Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C. Sam represents both air and waste permit applicants and protestants before the TCEQ and State Office of Administrative Hearings. He also counsels clients on air and waste permitting and compliance matters. Sam graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017 and during law school, he interned with the Region 6 EPA Office of Regional Counsel. Prior to law school, Sam graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Environmental Studies. In college, Sam interned for the TCEQ Region 9 office where he assisted with site investigations and water quality studies.
