Topic: Overview of TCEQ Enforcement during COVID-19

Discussion of how the TCEQ has approached enforcement during COVID-19, how the enforcement process has adapted, and where to find updates from the TCEQ.

Speaker: Adam Taylor, Staff Attorney at TCEQ Environmental Law Division, Air Section

Adam Taylor has been with TCEQ for that last five years. He started at TCEQ as the Commissioner’s Agenda Coordinator. He then moved to the Office of Legal Services as a Staff Attorney for the Litigation Division and was awarded employee of the quarter twice for his exceptional performance. After four years with the Litigation Division, he moved to the Air Section of the Environmental Law Division, where he currently serves as a Staff Attorney. Adam received his law degree from the Wayne State University Law School where he found his passion for environmental law. During his free time, he loves exploring new restaurants in Austin and taking his three dogs hiking at the Walnut Creek Dog Park.
